About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll drive execution and own a defined area of responsibility within TQL’s technology ecosystem, which may include a product, application, workflow, or functional area. You’ll lead the understanding of customer and business needs and translate those needs into clear priorities, well‑defined requirements, and high‑quality user stories that guide development teams.
You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to define problems, shape solutions, and ensure delivery of outcomes that create meaningful results for users and the business.
What we’re looking for:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data, or a related field, or equivalent experience
You have 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software delivery, customer experience, or a related role
You have experience working with agile development teams
You are skilled at defining problems and connecting work to customer and business outcomes
You are a clear, concise communicator who partners effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
You have an analytical mindset and can interpret user insights and delivery data
You demonstrate strong ownership, organization, and accountability for results
What you’ll be doing:
Lead discovery to understand user workflows, pain points, and business processes
Define clear problem statements grounded in customer and business needs
Identify opportunities for meaningful impact within your assigned area
Translate customer and business needs into well‑defined requirements and high‑quality user stories
Break larger initiatives into structured, actionable work
Own and prioritize the backlog for your assigned area
Maintain backlog clarity, sequencing, and readiness
Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs
Partner with engineering, QA, design, and analytics to drive execution
Ensure shared understanding of priorities, context, and intended value across stakeholders
Use data, user feedback, and delivery insights to evaluate progress and refine priorities
Prepare materials for demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates
