Job Description
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Function: The Customer Service Representative performs office duties of answering all incoming service telephone calls.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answers incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinates simultaneously mental, manual, and visual activities when talking on the telephone and using the computer.
  • Promptly contacts Dispatchers to coordinate transportation service.
  • Conducts self in accordance with HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
  • Handles and promptly resolves client complaints.
  • Other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively and professionally with a diverse group of persons.
  • Ability to speak English clearly and precisely.
  • Knowledge of computer technology and equipment.
