Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  3. Assist with user account creation, access management, and system setup.
  4. Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
  6. Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory records.
  7. Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or security enhancements.
  8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related is preferred
  2. 3+ years of experience in IT support is preferred
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  6. Experience with service desk KPIs and reporting
  7. Basic to intermediate English skills preferred
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
