Job Description
You will be the Senior Manufacturing Planner for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for optimizing production schedules, managing bill of materials, and ensuring material flow efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manufacturing Planner you will be responsible for driving inventory optimization, coordinating with supply chain stakeholders, and maintaining MRP parameters to support manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute make‑buy and BOM planning strategies.
- Maintain and adjust MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations to align production schedules.
- Monitor shop‑floor performance and expedite material flow to meet customer commitments.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and inventory discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
Experience/Proficiency in SAP MRP, Microsoft Office, APRISO and production scheduling.
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles, including MRP, lead times, and inventory management.
Understanding of manufacturing operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate errors and discrepancies.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired skills
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge.
Knowledge of Material Management and
Accounting System (MMAS).
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory
Management (CPIM) certification.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
