Champion a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and root-cause analysis to eliminate waste, reduce scrap, and optimize productivity.

Build and implement scalable SOPs and core operational frameworks that ensure safety, repeatability, and defect prevention across all manufacturing processes.

Set and enforce rigorous standards for product quality and workplace safety, ensuring all manufacturing activities conform to Pitco and customer requirements.
