Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (M1X 1C5)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Reporting To: Vice President – Sales


Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system
  • Verify pricing and obtain necessary approvals
  • Coordinate orders with production and scheduling teams
  • Track order progress and ensure timely delivery

Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide regular updates on order status
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Prepare order specifications and reports
  • Support the sales team and management with administrative tasks

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Quality teams
  • Assist with issue resolution and process improvements
  • Support internal teams as required

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/order management systems (preferred)
