Job Description

The Application Support Team helps manage our on premise and SAAS applications for Mouser operations in 22 countries, with 16 languages and 14 currencies. Our business environment is highly professional and challenging, yet we promote a relaxed atmosphere.

We are looking for Application Support Analysts that meet the following criteria:

  • At least a 4-year degree in a computer related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2 years of experience in administering SAAS and on-premises applications.
  • Understanding of Active Directory groups and user management.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in these technologies: Office 365, Active Directory, PowerShell, and SQL.    
  • Understanding of account provisioning, licensing, and API integrations.
  • Experience administering on premise applications, SQL and general SAAS experience.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting logs, troubleshooting, and scripting.
