About The Role
Maximize production effectiveness through the timely delivery of materials to the work stalls. Maintain the inventory accuracy in the factory through proper inventory tracking.
Responsibilities
Transport materials from throughout the factory to the work stall as required by the stall team member or the Kanban que
This includes all materials required by the people within their work areas
Monitor inventory accuracy and Kanban process while moving materials
Perform necessary goods movement transactions to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
Need the ability to prioritize their work to ensure manufacturing flow
Identify when parts are missing and communicate the detail to the Assistant Supervisor
If not supporting operations
Unload incoming trucks and handle all receiving functions from arrival to put-a-way ensuring all required entries for receipt and put away location completed
Operate and perform daily inspections on material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklift, and other powered or unpowered equipment
Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge of the manufacturing and inventory control concepts. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A self-starter able to work without much direction.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to dust, fumes and is near moving machinery.
