Latitude is a media research firm powered by Lumiere — our video intelligence platform that lets audiences share feedback directly on video as they’re watching. We sell solutions to some of the most innovative brands across advertising, media, and technology to uncover what their audiences feel about content and advertising. Now we need someone to help the right buyers discover us.
Description
We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst to drive top-of-funnel awareness and interest among the buyers who’d benefit most from what we do. This role sits on the marketing team and reports to our Director of Marketing. You’ll own the one-to-many mechanics that turn our content, campaigns, and thought leadership into a steady stream of warm, qualified hand-raisers — list-building, segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, lead scoring, and marketing automation. Direct 1:1 outreach, qualification conversations, and prospect-specific scoping are owned by our Research and Client Solutions team; your job is to make sure the right prospects know who we are and want to talk to us.
What you’ll do:
• Identify target accounts and ideal customer personas across media and technology; translate them into segmented audiences we can market to.
• Build and enrich targeted prospect lists, mapping decision-makers and buying signals to power multi-touch, one-to-many campaigns.
• Build base sales and demo collateral — starter decks tailored to common hand-raiser segments that the Research and Client Solutions team customizes for specific prospects.
• Plan, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns in HubSpot; A/B test subject lines and content to decide what to keep, kill, or rebuild.
• Distribute our thought leadership — the annual benchmark, case studies, and POVs — to the right audiences through email, LinkedIn, and event channels.
• Run paid LinkedIn campaigns and the analytics behind them, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support our presence at industry conferences and events: pre-event audience-building, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
• Score inbound and outbound engagement, qualify hand-raisers on fit and intent signals, and route them to the right senior team member.
• Run regular campaign performance reporting and share with the team what’s working and what isn’t.
What you bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in marketing operations, demand generation, campaign management, or email/lifecycle marketing — at a research firm, agency, or B2B company. Market research, media, or tech experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of that experience in an in-person or hybrid setting.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and list-building / data enrichment tools (Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar).
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics, with a proactive approach to interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for campaign assets and internal reporting.
• Comfort with metrics: conversion rates, response rates, and basic A/B reads.
You’ll thrive here if:
• You can piece together a coherent story about a target audience from public signals.
• You’re curious about people and businesses — you want to know what makes a buyer tick.
• You can build a clean, well-formatted deck. Bad fonts, crowded slides, and rushed formatting bother you.
This position offers many opportunities for growth and professional development. It is ideal for a candidate hoping to build their resume at a vibrant, cutting-edge company with an impressive client list in communications and technology (Netflix, Amazon, NBCU, Disney, Paramount, etc.).
