Role Overview

 Build the Skin Department into a structured, high-revenue VIP division through consultation excellence, treatment journeys, packages, and retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage skin therapists
  
• Design consultation protocols and multi-session treatment plans
  
• Drive package sales, memberships, and retail performance
  
• Work with marketing on skin content and seasonal campaigns
  
• Build referral partnerships (hotels, gyms, wellness, clinics)
  
• Support pop-ups, events, and external consultations
  
• Manage devices, inventory, and suppliers
  

Requirements

• Experience managing skin / aesthetic services in Dubai
  
• Strong understanding of consultations, packages, and retail ratios
  
• Leadership, hygiene, and SOP discipline
  
• Commercial mindset with KPI focus
