WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Laborer, you’ll play a hands-on role in the production of roof trusses, floor systems, and wall panels. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.

THE NITTY GRITTY

The people things: 

o   You are friendly and professional, responding quickly to customer and team member needs

o   Communicate with peers, customers, and vendors respectfully, honestly, and openly

      The laborer things:

o   Assist in the assembly of wood components for trusses and panels

o   Loading and unloading materials manually with equipment

o   Operating hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently

WHAT YOU NEED

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
• Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring equipment
• Comfortable working in outdoor or warehouse environments

Interpersonal Skills: 

• A strong steward of Mans culture and core values
• Ability to quickly learn, use and adapt to software, such as WMS
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and equipment including but not limited to table saws and panel saws. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Capable of physically demanding work with the ability to lift up to 75-100lbs consistently
  

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Days and hours of work will be Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
