 The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians
• Costs parts on invoice
• Coordinates with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory
• Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
• Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in

Hours: M-F 7:30am-5 PM Saturday 7am-3pm
**Compensation dependent upon experience**

Requirements

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license with good driving history 
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner 
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change 
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
