📍 JFK Airport – Terminal 8, Queens, NY
💼 Full-Time | Salary: $65,000 – $80,000/year (Based on experience)
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Co-Manager to help lead our Starbucks team at JFK Terminal 8. If you’re a natural leader with a strong focus on operations and guest service, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic and supportive organization.
What You’ll Do:

Support daily store operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed

Coach and develop baristas and shift supervisors

Drive store performance through hands-on leadership and accountability

Uphold Starbucks and Villa standards for service, cleanliness, and safety

Assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Qualifications:

1–2 years of leadership experience in a food, retail, or hospitality setting

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Passion for coffee and creating meaningful guest experiences

Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
