Key Responsibilities
• Lead with Ownership: Drive the UX vision, roadmap, and delivery for critical programs – from discovery through launch.
• Design Thinking in Action: Conduct user research, define experience strategies, and run co-creation workshops to align business goals with user needs.
• Design for Digital + Physical: Apply your expertise to both screen-based interfaces and physical product UX - including HMI (Human-Machine Interface), wearables, and embedded systems.
• Drive Innovation: Introduce new design methods, tools (AI/GenAI-driven), and technologies that push the boundaries of experience design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and measurable experiences.
• Mentor and Scale: Inspire and grow a team of designers, provide thoughtful feedback, and raise the quality bar across the practice.
• Communicate with Clarity: Present ideas persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, from peers to executive stakeholders.
• DesignOps Contribution: Help establish scalable systems, design standards, research frameworks, and documentation processes.
Desired Profile
• 10+ years of progressive UX design experience with a strong portfolio that spans digital and physical products.
• Proven ability to lead projects with ownership mindset, balancing creativity, strategy, and execution.

• Advanced skills in design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration tools – including Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie, Framer, and Miro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
• An eye for quality: You consistently deliver high-quality work and can clearly articulate what makes it great. You design with the user and business impact in mind, balancing competing priorities to create meaningful outcomes.
• Clarity at every stage: You believe early wireframes should communicate just as effectively as final mockups. You simplify the complex so discussions focus on user experience and impact — not just aesthetics. “This is just a wireframe. That will make sense after it’s designed” is not in your lexicon.
• Strong grasp of core design principles, accessibility, systems thinking, and scalable design practices.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Lean environments and collaborating with engineering across multiple platforms.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX, HCI, Product Design, or equivalent field.
