Job Description

Your tasks

  • Acts as the main focal point for Neptun Deep Operation 24/7/365 covering rotation schedule onshore
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring safety, and implementing best practices based on annual production plans OPEX & CAPEX budgets to ensure overall compliance with legal regulations, HSSE policies and corporate guidelines and standards. Is accountable for Operation of wells and facilities.
  • Accountable for accomplishing gas production volumes, daily production nomination, renomination, incident reporting (incl. REMIT - Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency)
  • Accountable for the entire production process from well to delivery, responsible for optimizing technological flows and for decreasing unproductive time; responsible also for treatment process and delivery to the beneficiary (SN Transgaz, Conpet S.A.).
  • Acts as a liaison on operational issues and proposes and support the implementation of improvement ideas and is supporting projects within the O&M Unit.
  • Lead the on- and offshore Production team ensuring continued clear understanding and overview of security, weather, Operational risk picture, offshore management of activities by the OIM incl. competencies available POB, Control of Work, ongoing tasks and upcoming planned activities – all to ensure continued understanding of risks and to provide the best possible support to the offshore team.
  • Responsible for Incident and accident management with full Operational authority to shut-in production, activate evacuation, provide reporting etc. all as per specific Incident Management procedures. 

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Petroleum / Oil & Gas
  • Relevant professional experience : >12 years/ ani
  • Management roles with >10 years leadership
  • Strong Managerial experience with management systems, leadership and personnel development and competency & training (people, budget, activity and resource planning etc.)
  • Proven track record in: Safety Leadership (Strong personal commitment towards HSSE); Production planning & forecasting; Integrated oil & gas production, from reservoir to delivery Hydrocarbon production systems, facility optimization, and environmental compliance
  • Very good understanding and strong technical expertise in surface and subsurface engineering
  • Good understanding and strong experience in working with projects, energy efficiency, waste etc.
  • Knowledge of hydrocarbon accounting, measurement and recording
  • Good command of English language (spoken and written)
