Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist supports the company�s growth by executing marketing, branding, and client engagement initiatives. This role directly contributes to strengthening brand presence, supporting sales activities, and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have the credentials, commitment, and confidence to serve as Marketing Manager as their near term goal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development goals and strengthen brand awareness.
- Create and manage marketing materials (digital content, presentations, brochures, case studies, product sheets).
- Support website management, social media scheduling, and digital engagement strategies.
- Assist with development of marketing plans, product positioning, and messaging frameworks.
- Trade Shows & Events
- Assist on conferences, trade shows, and industry events, including logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and pre/post-event communications.
- Represent the company at events, supporting client interactions and lead generation as responsibilities expand.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the VP of Business Development and Director, Communications & Bid Management to ensure marketing and client engagement activities support strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership team to align messaging and ensure customer needs are communicated clearly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, client engagement, or a related function; aviation/ground support equipment or industrial B2B experience is a plus.
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign) Illustrator, or related software is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a small business or growth-stage environment is required. Willingness to travel globally-our conferences are in US, Canada, Europe with some in Central America.
- Serve as SME for social media platforms, online advertising and website content development.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to discern project management priorities.
- Expert command of proper grammar and professional business communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge and success at the development and communication of professional correspondence.
- High level of organization, attention to detail and follow-through with demonstrated success in a multi-task environment, efficiency and time management abilities
- Persistence, flexibility and adaptability in a sometimes demanding work environment.
