The Working Team Leader provides hands-on leadership on designated NDT operations, supporting daily production while driving improvements in quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency.

The Role:
- Train and cross-train associates on designated NDT operations
- Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead scrap and rework reduction efforts
- Support production flow, scheduling, and team coordination
- Maintain 6S and safe work practices
- Fill in operational roles as needed
- Maintain working knowledge of assigned NDT operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (technical training preferred)
- Experience in NDT and/or investment casting
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Prior training or mentoring experience preferred
