Position Overview

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll play a key role in day-to-day branch operations. You'll assist members with transactions, answer questions, and recommend solutions that support their financial goals-all while delivering accurate, secure, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, professional relationships with members
  • Accurately process transactions and handle cash securely
  • Maintain balanced drawers and high accuracy standards Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Follow all operational, compliance, and security procedures
  • Communicate clearly with members and team members in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Participate in training and development opportunities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Customer service or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
