Job Description

Key accountabilities

 

  •  Have a knowledge of bars operation, beverage production and serving.
  • Help Bartenders open and close the bar and during the operation hours.
  • Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout shift. Ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for Bartenders as per the standards.
  • Have a basic knife skill for production Anticipate the supply needs based on the bar service activity.
  • Always ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly.
  • Ensures the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene are maintained, reporting employee and guest accidents, and responding properly to any hotel emergency.
     

General requirements

 

  • Good bar & beverage knowledge. Possess knowledge of general bar preparation for the service.
  • Good organization skills & Time management.
  • Good team relationship skills in order to service excellency.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the domestic and overseas restaurants at high standards in the relevant fields of food & beverage industry in a similar role 
  • High capability of persuasion and solution-oriented thinking 
  • Natural, energetic, friendly, and well-groomed.
  • Fluent in English language proficiency.
