The Maintenance Coordinator oversees the inventory of maintenance parts, including performing cycle counts, making inventory adjustments, issuing parts, and receiving and stocking incoming items. They manage the process of sending out parts and equipment for repair or return and track the return or credit process. Additionally, they maintain and update all necessary records and documentation. The role involves conducting purchasing duties within the plant and supporting corporate purchasing efforts with a focus on cost savings. The Maintenance Coordinator also provides administrative support for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
