Job Summary: | The Senior BI Developer provides expert-level business intelligence and data analysis support for Health Data Compass and the Anschutz research community. This role is responsible for delivering complex, high-value datasets in response to faculty and investigator requests, developing reports and visualizations, and designing scalable BI solutions within a HIPAA-compliant cloud environment.
Senior BI Developers serve as subject matter experts for healthcare and research data, taking ownership of projects from intake through delivery. They lead work independently, set and manage expectations with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while contributing to the overall quality, consistency, and reliability of Compass’s data services.

Work Location: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $90,000 - $100,247. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
