• Providing great resident care.
• Assist resident with dressing
• Answering resident calls and determining how best to help them.
• Ensuring client's safety
• Performing bedside patient care by anticipating patient needs and prioritizing care accordingly
• Noting observations of residents behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
• Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-service and/or continuing education programs timely completion of competencies
