- Diagnose furniture issues, including mechanical, structural, and cosmetic problems.
- Complete in-home and in-store repairs such as:
- Part replacements
- Cleaning and stain treatment
- Minor upholstery work and reupholstery
- Frame, spring, and mechanism repairs
- Wood touch-ups, refinishing, and minor restoration
- Document all findings, repairs, and parts used.
- Communicate professionally with customers, store personnel, and the home office.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Travel regularly within assigned service areas (company vehicle may be provided based on policy).
