Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a corporate access strategy to strengthen relationships with institutional investors, corporates, analysts, and market intermediaries.
Plan, coordinate, and manage a range of investor engagement activities — including non-deal roadshows, conferences, site visits, group tours, access days, expert meetings, and bespoke one-on-one interactions — in collaboration with Sales, Research, and Investor Relations.
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodation, materials preparation, equipment setup, and diary management, ensuring seamless coordination between corporates and clients.
Serve as a key liaison with investment banks, brokerage firms, and other market participants to facilitate introductions and relationship building.
Maintain and update corporate access calendars, CRM systems, and relevant databases; track attendance, collect feedback, and report on activity metrics.
Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategic engagement initiatives.
Ensure events and communications comply with regulatory disclosure requirements and internal policies.
Contribute to flagship investor forums and other high-profile events, including corporate invitations and pitching in partnership with Research.
Manage budgets, validate invoices, and produce regular reports for management on corporate access activity and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, capital markets, or related role.
Strong understanding of equity markets, investment community dynamics, and corporate communications.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-level materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with tools like Bloomberg, IR platforms, or event management systems.
Ability to work with senior executives and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
