- Support the General Manager in keeping the arcade powered up and running smoothly
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver top-tier guest experiences
- Jump in on the floor — whether it's fixing a jammed game, helping guests redeem their hard-earned tickets, or keeping the vibe alive
- Handle scheduling, inventory, cash, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
- Be a go-to problem solver and the calm in the chaos when weekends get wild
YOUR STATS (What You Bring):
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment (bonus XP for arcade, attractions, or retail)
