This position plays a vital role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of our facility while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes
Support Medicaid/Medicare and insurance verification and documentation
Maintain accurate resident financial records and files
Provide courteous assistance to residents and families regarding billing inquiries
Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
