White Oaks Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of our facility while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes

  • Support Medicaid/Medicare and insurance verification and documentation

  • Maintain accurate resident financial records and files

  • Provide courteous assistance to residents and families regarding billing inquiries

  • Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience necessary

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
