Job Title: PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: The Springs of Pine Bluff – Pine Bluff, AR
Job Type: Full Time ( 40 hours a week)

Overview:
The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic therapy team on a Full Time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment where you can apply your skills to improve the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Assist in implementing treatment plans and interventions to help residents improve or regain daily living and work skills

  • Document patient care services accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including OTs, PTs, nursing, and administrative staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other care providers

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Arkansas

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

  • Proficiency in documentation systems (NetHealth experience a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule

Availability:

  • M-FR 8 hour days
