Your Roster & Hours
Full‑time position
Monday - Friday (Must be flexible to work 8:00am–4:00pm and 9:00am–5:00pm)
Must be available to work some Saturdays
Weekday hours vary depending on Service Centre needs
What You’ll Be Doing
Your role is all about creating great experiences and keeping our Service Centre running smoothly. You will:
Deliver warm, professional face‑to‑face customer service
Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, can‑do attitude
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and admin tasks
Keep customers updated on delivery lead times
Conduct vehicle repair inspections
Understand customer needs and educate them on our full range of services
Raise job authorities and issue invoices
Schedule repair bookings and manage workflow
Resolve customer concerns and follow up on queries
What You Bring
You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping people. You’ll succeed here if you have:
Professional presentation and communication skills
Clear, confident verbal and written communication
A current driver’s licence (essential)
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset
Ability to support the Service Centre Manager with admin and coordination
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
