Job Description:We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our upstream Supply Chain team on a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract.
This role combines supply planning and material control responsibilities, reflecting the structure of a small and agile team. You will ensure that materials and components are ordered, tracked and delivered on time, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities and ensure purchase orders are placed on time
- Monitor inbound materials and supplier deliveries
- Track international shipments, including sea freight
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supply chain data in planning systems
- Identify and follow up on delivery issues or shortages
- Prepare reports related to orders, inventory and supplier performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Production

Qualifications:- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or similar (or relevant experience)
- Experience in supply planning, purchasing or material control
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English, and intermediate Dutch
