• Management of subcontractors and vendors
• Communication with all members of the project team
• Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise
• Timely turnover of a properly constructed project
• Timely project closeout
• Complete customer satisfaction
• Customer follow up
• Project profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in a construction related field
