- Planning and scheduling
- Management of subcontractors and vendors
- Communication with all members of the project team
- Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise
- Timely turnover of a properly constructed project
- Timely project closeout
- Complete customer satisfaction
- Customer follow up
- Project profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of (5) years’ experience in a construction related field
