JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts
• Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators
• Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take measures to correct deficiencies
• Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
• Assist with creating Preventative maintenance schedule and follow such schedule
• Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, chemicals, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop
• Able to utilize ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment
• Transports and moves equipment as necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• A high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Certification in a trade and two to four years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Two or more years as a Maintenance Technician I or a combination of
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
• Must complete all required company training
