The City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation department is seeking applicants for Gymnastics Assistant!

This position is part-time and will be responsible for assisting with the Instructional Gymnastics program on Friday evenings and Saturdays. The starting rate of pay is $13.50-$16.00 based on experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Assists Master Instructor with weekly implementation of the instructional gymnastics program

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 14 years of age
• Strong background in gymnastics
• Must be available to work Friday evenings and Saturdays from September - May
• Experience working with groups of children preferred, but not required
• Must be able to obtain concussion certification upon hire
