    Job Posting for all individuals interested in applying for Bus Driver. Individuals can apply here for current and/or anticipated Bus Driver vacancies.
      
    PRIMARY PURPOSE:
    Safely transport students and school personnel to and from authorized campuses and final destinations. Periodically transport students and school personnel to and from extra-curricular activities.    
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education/Certification:
    • Valid Texas Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement. (CDL REQUIRED)
    • Valid Enrollment Certificate or Texas School Bus Driver Certification.
    • Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Medical Examination

    Special knowledge/Skills:
    • Ability to pass alcohol and drug test.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Ability to adjust and deviate from route description when traffic and /or weather conditions justify such actions.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and use a 2-way radio.
    • Ability to manage student behavior.

    Minimum Experience:
    • No previous experience is necessary.

    REQUIRED: Background (police) check will be conducted.

    SALARY:
    Minimum: $16.75 per hour
