πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Automotive Sales Consultants
  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist with negotiations & closing
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly sales volume and gross profit goals
  • Monitor and guide lead management, follow-up, and CRM usage
  • Train and develop sales staff to improve closing ratios and CSI scores
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Finance Department for deal flow
  • Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and department profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented dealership culture

  • Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience
  • Proven success in desking deals, closing, and team leadership
  • Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (CDK, VinSolutions, AutoAlert)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
  • Strong understanding of dealership sales operations and processes
