Job Summary
The Pool Attendant is responsible for managing access to the pool facility by verifying member and guest entry while providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. This role ensures that only authorized individuals access the pool area, while delivering a high level of hospitality and service that reflects the standards of the club.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival
- Verify member access using club numbers or membership system
- Check in and track guests in accordance with club policies
- Ensure only authorized members and guests enter the pool facility
- Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and guest usage
- Communicate club policies and pool rules clearly and courteously
- Answer questions and provide general information about the pool and club amenities
- Monitor entry area for organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Address concerns or issues calmly and escalate to management when appropriate
- Support overall pool operations by maintaining a positive and welcoming environment
