Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Work collaboratively with nurses and care teams
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and compassionate care environment
Qualifications:
- Must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course.
- Active LNA license in good standing
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, caring, and professional attitude
- Ability to work per diem shifts as needed (minimum requirement is 2 shifts per month)
- LNA must have satisfactorily completed a certification program in the State of New Hampshire.
- Must be licensed in the State of New Hampshire.
- Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time including physical activity that includes walking, bending, kneeling, twisting up to 4-6 hours per day.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Use motor coordination of arms, legs, hands, wrists, and fingers on a regular basis.
