We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service to our customers, involving installations, diagnosing and troubleshooting PC’s (Windows), software, network, and hardware problems.
This position is a field role, requiring extensive travel (70-80% of the time) to different hospitals in Korea, with up to 2-3 nights away and occasional weekends. Additionally, there may be occasions when travel to other areas within APAC
