The Operations Analyst – US Projects at IREN will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on the operational performance of our global operations. This position will process, reconcile and analyse various operational data for reporting purposes and give the employee unique visibility over the construction and operational segments of a data center business.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in Business or Project Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing or energy sector.
  • Experience in data center operations, energy infrastructure, high-performance compute, mining operations or other capital-intensive environments will be highly regarded.
  • Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools.
  • Discipline to own and manage reporting cycles within deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Team player with strong desire for growth and development.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth and globally distributed environment.
  • IREN operates across multiple countries / time zones. Must have a flexible approach to work hours.

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare periodical reports using operational and construction data, collating and reconciling updates from different procurement and project teams.
  • Coordinate information sharing between project delivery and corporate teams to support new data center projects.
  • Assist in developing construction timelines for new data center developments, infrastructure upgrades and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Drive standardisation and automation of reporting processes to improve accuracy, reduce manual intervention and enhance scalability as the business grows globally.
