channel comprised of a direct field sales force, authorized sales representatives,
and leading industry distributors. Our sales team is trained across all of our
products to give our customers insights into our entire portfolio.
Position Overview:
The Senior RF Product Marketing Manager will work closely with our Worldwide
Sales and Field Applications Engineering team to ensure our GaN-on-SiC RF PA
products are positioned well with key customers. In addition, they will
influence our product roadmap based on the input you bring back from your
interaction with our field teams and directly from discussions with customers.
They will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, maintaining product
roadmaps and the development of market and product requirement documents. To
ensure success with these tasks, they will have at least 10 years’ experience
in the development, characterization and/or modeling of RF power amplifier
products. The marketing manager will work closely with our applications engineering
and product development teams to define new products that help differentiate us
in the marketplace and respond to customer RFIs and RFQs. They will work
with finance on cost models and business cases for new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- New product definition and business case generation
- Creation market and product requirement documents
- Maintain product roadmaps
- Creation of marketing collateral
- Support Worldwide sales in product promotion and customer interactions
- Link between sales teams and product line
- Facilitate product sampling to lead customers RFIs and RFQs
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of GaN-on-SiC Power Amplifiers for 5G infrastructure
applications - Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex issues and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with the ability to work within cross functional teams in global
locations - Detailed oriented, proactive and capable of exercising independent judgment.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in the development, characterization and/or modeling of
RF power amplifier products - 5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role related to
RF products
