About the Role
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a growing local cleaning and restoration company serving residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist our technicians on cleaning, mitigation, and restoration jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a growing team.
No prior restoration experience is required鈥攚e will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
- Perform general cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.)
- Help set up and break down equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses, etc.)
- Perform light demolition and debris removal when required
- Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Provide professional, respectful service to customers
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, working in various conditions)
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Valid driver鈥檚 license and reliable transportation preferred
- Background in construction, cleaning, or restoration is a plus, but not required
