Summary – This position directly oversees daily activities within the quality assurance functions ensuring organizational compliance with ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities – Activities:

Comprehension and application of the ISO-9001 standard for quality management systems
Ability to identify non-conforming outputs, diagnosis root cause, and identify the need for corrective action pertaining to the production of NEPSI products
Identify, measure, and analyze key performance metrics for NEPSI’s quality systems process
Aggregate quality performance data and identify trends to management
Generate non-conformance reports needed
Perform audits on internal processes such as purchasing, manufacturing, customer support, and training
Perform audits on external processes, such as supplier performance and customer feedback
Document the inspection and testing of equipment prior to shipment and ensure the testing instruments and meters are in calibration
Manage and implement routine quality audits, accurately maintain the company records
Assist Project Manager with prospective customer questions pertaining to NEPSI quality
Assist Director Operations in the creation of processes, procedures, and inspection forms pertaining to quality
Other tasks as required

Education - Experience:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 1-2 years prior experience in a related manufacturing industry
Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
