Position: Landscape Crew Member
Location: PROCARE Landscape Management
Pay Range: $19 - $24 / hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Install mulch, plants, sod, and landscape features
- Assist with hardscape work (pavers, retaining walls, edging)
- Operate basic equipment (skid steer, compactors, etc.)
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
- Follow crew leader directions and maintain production pace
- Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Snow removal operations in the Winter Months
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Prior snow removal experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+lbs and work outside daily
- Reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
