We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Quality Coordinator to support quality operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Based in Dearborn, this position partners with cross-functional teams and reports directly to the Quality Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate product quality issues and help identify root causes
- Coordinate the resolution of internal and external quality concerns
- Track, document, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, including obsolete materials
- Oversee controlled inventory areas (e.g., hold materials) to ensure proper handling and release
- Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and leadership to meet quality standards
- Support claims related to shipping, handling, or product issues
- Assist with quality initiatives and projects across multiple locations

Preferred Experience
- Background in quality, warehouse, logistics, or operations environments
- Experience supporting multi-site operations is a plus
