Full-time (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Monday through Friday, with occasional events.
The Move-in Coordinator role supports incoming residents and internal transfers by easing the move-in process. The coordinator also assists the Director of Sales & Marketing as assigned. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Up to three (3) years of experience in marketing, design, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency with general office equipment, word processing, spreadsheets, and other general office skills required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Meet with incoming residents to review and coordinate selections, options, and upgrades for their future residence. Communicate requested changes and selections with the Renovations Coordinator. Attend the final walk-through to ensure all requests have been completed accurately.
Meets with incoming residents and internal transfers during the onboarding process to select interior furnishings and review options or upgrades. Coordinates any requested changes with the Renovations Coordinator.
Serves as the primary contact for incoming residents once a deposit is made. Available to assist with unit access for measurements, walk-throughs, or to bring in family and belongings. Accommodates requests to tour both the resident’s unit and the community.
Coordinates with internal team members to ensure a smooth process for new move-ins.
- Conducts walk-throughs of new and existing residences to identify customer requests in coordination with the Renovations Coordinator. Collaborates with the Renovations Coordinator to develop punch lists and coordinate necessary repairs.
