Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Write and manage repair orders efficiently
- Build estimates and recommend maintenance/services
- Communicate repair status updates consistently
- Review and present MPI findings
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process
- Monitor and manage open repair orders
- Work closely with technicians and parts department to maximize efficiency
- Maintain high CSI and follow dealership processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience REQUIRED
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Process-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, Dealertrack, or other DMS experience preferred
