JOB SUMMARY:
Safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while adhering to all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspections (pre-operational checks) in preparation for inspections conducted by Quality Assurance and USDA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Clean all bins and trays using high-pressure hoses and approved chemical applications.
- Ensure all bins and trays meet USDA sanitation standards.
- Operate pallet jacks as needed.
- Operate tray wash machines.

- Ability to work with exposure to chemicals and fumes; personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn at all times while performing tasks.
