YOUR TASKS

Tlaquepaque Local IT team Supervision.
Onboarding & offboarding main contact/IT activities coordination, IT induction.
L1 support on Laboratory Operating System PCs.
IT Best practices on Laboratories.
 IT supplier planning, supply chain and good/service receive control.
PCs,Mobiles,Printing services
IT Room check list, tracking actions.
Root Cause Analysis on P1s related to Local IT.
Meeting Rooms IT services assessment & actions.
Global IT initiatives participation and support as required.
IT Infra local activities extension. (4 Patch Days per year)
IT representation on pertinent audits.
PM monthly report.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
5 Years of experience 
Windows for PCs, iPhones, basics on IT Infrastructure.
Personal computers
Microsoft Windows, Antivirus (basic)
IVANTI, Service Now, Monitoring console
