What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers online, on the phone, and in-store, and deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery.

  • Learn our vehicles and technology, present features, and conduct test drives.

  • Use CRM and basic computer tools to follow up with leads, set appointments, and stay organized.

  • Work with the management team to structure deals, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery process.

  • Follow up with customers after the sale to build long-term relationships and repeat/referral business.


What It Takes to Succeed

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.

  • Basic computer skills (email, web, typing, simple software/CRM).
