Job Title: Program Senior Specialist – Integration

Role Summary
The Senior Program Specialist supports the successful execution of strategic initiatives by providing coordination, documentation, process visibility, and day-to-day project support. This role brings structure and follow-through to fast-moving work, helping teams stay organized, informed, and aligned. The position contributes to project delivery through strong execution support, process documentation, risk tracking, and adoption activities rather than through primary ownership of enterprise-wide project decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support multiple projects across departments, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, process maps, and status reports.
• Identify and document current business processes and collaborate with teams to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
• Assist with the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes by supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts.
• Monitor initiative progress, flag risks or issues, and support mitigation planning in partnership with project leads.
• Provide administrative and logistical support that helps maintain alignment across stakeholders and resources.
• Contribute to standardized templates, tools, and best practices that improve project execution across the team.
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or process improvement roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, finance, marketing, or relevant work experience.
• Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
• Exposure to formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
• Experience in change management, training, or internal communications is helpful.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on improving how work gets done.
• Leverage AI Tools to enhance efficiency and drive results including Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini among other tools.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a retail store or multi-unit retail environment, as well as wholesale and business-to-business operating models.
• Background in process improvement, retail expansion, or change management.
• Exposure to retail systems such as POS, inventory, or CRM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft products, including Copilot, Planner, and Power Platform.
• Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts using tools such as PPT, Visio or Lucidchart.
