Role Overview
The Reporting Manager, FP&A leads financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities to support informed business decisions and performance management. This role delivers timely, accurate insights that drive accountability and improve financial visibility across the organization. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Success requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to influence business outcomes through data.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness
Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and performance drivers
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of financial models
Develop dashboards, presentations, and insights to support leadership decision-making
Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and tool enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate financial insights effectively
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Exposure to automation tools such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a complex business environment
